The Iliad - Developmental Activity 

Choose one of the following episodes from the Iliad -

•1. Agamemnon's argument with Achilles

•2. Andromache's pleading with Hector

•3. The death of Hector

•4. Andromache's mourning

After choosing an episode, please complete one of the following assignments.

•1. Create a storyboard and video reenactment to display for the class - use at least 5 authentic lines in your video production. Publish your video to the web and share via ClassBlog121,

•2. Create and present a photo mosaic describing why you chose this scene to recreate and using at least 5 lines of text to explain the photographs.  Publish to the web and share using ClassBlog121.

•3. Create and present an artistic rendering describing how a minimum of 5 lines influenced your artwork.  Share on the web with ClassBlog121.

•4. Perform a dramatic reading incorporating 50 lines from the play and explain why you chose those lines.
